Richmond-grown, locally owned

Couch Potato is a Richmond, Virginia–grown business, locally owned and operated by Reece Yeargain, a Benedictine High School and Randolph-Macon graduate. With years of experience in the furniture industry — repairing, refurbishing, and transporting quality pieces — Reece created Couch Potato to make buying a couch simple, safe, and affordable.

We’re here to bridge the gap between sketchy Facebook Marketplace meetups and overpriced retail stores. Our showroom is stocked with 20+ used and new sectionals, sofas, loveseats, and chairs — from brands like Lovesac, Restoration Hardware, and Crate & Barrel — ready to transform your space, refurbished, like-new, or brand-new, with selections to fit every style and budget.

Every refurbished sofa, sectional, loveseat, or chair is thoroughly processed, cleaned, sanitized, vacuumed, and prepped before it hits the showroom floor. Looking for something brand new? Our prices are typically $500–$3,000 below retail.
